Returns & Exchanges
At SATISFY, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging and include the provided packing slip.
- 3.Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
- 4.Drop Off & Track
Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
